Meet Our Pastors

Skip and Bettina-Marie Smith came from Southeast Texas to Crossroads as Senior Pastor in April of 2022. They have been married for 15 years and have 6 grown children, 8 grandchildren, and two miniature schnauzers. 

Skip and Bettina-Marie love Wisconsin and Menasha! The seasons are beautiful here, and the people are helpful and friendly. They are disciplers and equippers of people, and their passion is to connect communities with Christ. They enjoy a variety of adventures with each other and with friends. They are blessed to be here serving with their brothers and sisters in Christ.

They are looking forward to see what God has in store for them and the local community at Crossroads both inside and outside of our church walls.
